Welcome to Nabatara Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering lives through humanitarian efforts. By accessing our website (www.nabatarafoundation.org), applying for membership, donating, or participating in our initiatives, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Membership Eligibility & Fees

Eligibility: Any individual or organization can apply for membership.

Membership Fees: Membership requires an annual fee of Rs. 10,000, payable at the time of joining. Renewal is mandatory every year to maintain active status.

Membership Card: Upon successful registration, members will receive a membership card granting them access to participate in Nabatara Foundation's programs and charitable drives.

2. Donations & Refund Policy

Donations Accepted: We welcome all types of contributions, including monetary, material, and volunteer services.

Tax Benefits: Donors will receive an 80G tax exemption certificate for eligible donations.

Non-Refundable Policy: Once a donation or membership fee is paid, it is non-refundable. No requests for refunds will be entertained under any circumstances.

3. Member Responsibilities & Code of Conduct

All members and participants must adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Respect & Discipline: Treat fellow members, staff, and beneficiaries with respect.
  • Integrity: Maintain honesty in all dealings with the organization.
  • Compliance: Follow all rules, guidelines, and instructions set by the Foundation.
  • Prohibited Conduct:
    1. Violating Nabatara Foundation's policies.
    2. Defaming or misrepresenting the organization.
    3. Engaging in illegal activities, unauthorized monetary transactions, or unethical practices.
    4. Harassment, abuse (verbal, physical, or sexual), or discrimination of any kind.
    5. Spreading misinformation about the Foundation on social media.

4. Disciplinary Actions

Any violation of the Code of Conduct will lead to an internal investigation by an authorized committee.

If found guilty, membership will be revoked, and the individual will be permanently banned from participating in any Foundation activities.

Immediate action will be taken against any act of misconduct.

5. Data Collection & Privacy

Personal Data: By engaging with our website, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and protect your personal information.

Security Measures: We are committed to ensuring the security of your data and will not share your personal information with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

Limited Liability: Nabatara Foundation is a nonprofit organization working towards social causes. While we strive for impactful change, we do not guarantee specific outcomes from our programs.

Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for any third-party platforms or services linked to our website. Users are encouraged to review their policies before engaging.

7. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

The Foundation reserves the right to modify these terms at any time for operational or legal reasons.

Updates will be communicated via official channels, and continued participation implies acceptance of any changes.

Nabatara Foundation Events

Grand Dance Festival

9. About the Festival

The Nabatara Foundation Grand Dance Festival is a cultural platform celebrating Indian dance, artistic expression, tradition, culture, and humanity. The festival welcomes dancers from different backgrounds and provides an opportunity to perform before distinguished dance gurus, senior dance exponents, and an audience.

The festival is organized with the objective of encouraging artistic talent, cultural participation, and meaningful community engagement.

10. Eligibility

  • Minimum age for participation: 8 years and above.
  • Participants may register as solo, duet, trio, or group performers.
  • Participants must provide accurate information during registration.
  • For participants below the applicable legal age, registration and participation should be completed with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

11. Dance Categories

Participants may apply under the following categories:

  • Classical
  • Rabindra Nritya
  • Folk
  • Creative
  • Contemporary
  • Fusion

The final category and performance format will be considered according to the information submitted during registration and the festival's selection requirements.

12. Registration Process

Participants are required to:

  • Complete the official registration form.
  • Pay the applicable Rs. 399 registration fee.
  • Submit a 2-minute audition video through the official communication channel specified by the Nabatara Foundation.
  • Provide the required details, including:
  • Participant Name
  • Age
  • Performance Category
  • Dance Style
  • Registration ID, where applicable

The registration fee is an application/selection processing fee and does not guarantee selection for the Grand Finale.

13. Selection Process

All submitted audition videos will be evaluated by the designated selection panel.

Selection will be based on factors such as

  • Dance performance
  • Technique
  • Presentation
  • Creativity
  • Coordination
  • Suitability for the selected category
  • Overall artistic performance

The decision of the selection panel regarding shortlisting shall be treated as final for the event.

Shortlisted participants will receive an official communication containing further information regarding the Grand Finale.

14. Registration Fee, Strict No-Refund Policy

The $1399 registration fee is strictly non-refundable.

Once registration and payment have been successfully completed:

  • The registration fee cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • Refund requests due to change of mind, personal circumstances, travel difficulties, non-participation, failure to submit an audition video, failure to attend the event, or any other personal reason will not be entertained.
  • Non-selection for the Grand Finale does not make the registration fee refundable.
  • The registration fee is adjusted against the participation fee only for participants who are officially selected for the Grand Finale.

Participants are therefore requested to carefully read the festival guidelines before making payment.

15. Participation Fee for Selected Participants

Only officially selected participants will be required to pay the applicable participation fee:

  • Solo: Rs. 13,000
  • Duet: Rs. 14,000
  • Trio: Rs. 15,000
  • Group: Rs. 17,000

The previously paid £399 registration fee will be adjusted against the applicable participation fee for selected participants.

16. Benefits for Selected Participants

Selected participants may receive:

  • Special Participation Certificate
  • Special Festival Award
  • Professional Photography
  • Professional Videography Coverage
  • Refreshments
  • Opportunity to perform on a Grand Stage
  • Opportunity to perform before eminent dance gurus and senior dance exponents
  • Digital/media coverage, subject to event arrangements

Specific benefits may be subject to event logistics and final arrangements.

17. Music & Performance Requirements

Participants must submit their performance music within the timeline communicated by the organizers.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their music and performance content is appropriate for a public cultural event and does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

The organizers reserve the right to request modification or replacement of content considered unsuitable for the festival.

18. Event Schedule & Venue

The final venue, reporting time, performance schedule, and other event-related information will be communicated officially to selected participants.

The organizers reserve the right to reasonably modify the schedule, venue, program structure, or sequence of performances due to administrative, technical, safety, governmental, venue-related, or unforeseen circumstances.

19. Cancellation or Postponement by Organizers

In exceptional circumstances, including force majeure, government restrictions, natural disasters, public safety concerns, venue-related issues, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the organizers, the event may be postponed, rescheduled, or modified.

In such circumstances, the organizers will communicate the revised arrangements through official channels.

20. Participant Conduct

Participants and accompanying persons are expected to maintain discipline and respectful behavior.

Harassment, abusive behavior, discrimination, violence, misrepresentation, disruption of the event, damage to property, or any unlawful activity may result in cancellation of participation without refund.

Nabatara Star Achievement Awards

21. About the Awards

The Nabatara Star Achievement Awards is an initiative of the Nabatara Foundation to recognize individuals whose dedication, talent, leadership, service, and achievements contribute meaningfully to their professions and communities.

The platform seeks to acknowledge inspiring personalities from diverse fields, including healthcare, education, spirituality, arts, entrepreneurship, social activism, and other areas of excellence.

22. Award Categories

Nominations may be considered in categories including:

  • Astrology
  • Numerology
  • Vastu
  • Tarot
  • Tantra & Spirituality
  • Art & Entertainment
  • Healthcare
  • Fitness & Yoga
  • Social Activism
  • Entrepreneurship
  • Beauty & Glamour
  • Education & Institutions
  • Special Categories
  • Other categories announced by the organizers

Categories may be expanded, modified, or refined according to the final award structure.

23. Eligibility for Nomination

Individuals may nominate themselves or may be nominated by another person, subject to the applicable nomination requirements.

Nominees are expected to provide truthful and verifiable information regarding their professional achievements, social contribution, work experience, and other relevant credentials.

Submitting a nomination does not automatically guarantee selection as an award recipient.

24. Nomination & Selection

All nominations may be reviewed by the designated award committee/panel.

The organizers may consider:

  • Professional achievements
  • Social contribution
  • Experience
  • Leadership
  • Innovation
  • Public impact
  • Community contribution
  • Supporting documentation and credentials

The final decision regarding selection and award categories shall rest with the authorized award committee.

25. Nomination / Award Charges

Where applicable, nomination or award-related charges will be clearly communicated to applicants before payment.

Applicants are advised to understand the applicable charges, benefits, and event details before completing payment.

26. Strict No-Refund Policy for Awards

Once a nomination is submitted and the applicable payment has been successfully made, the payment is strictly non-refundable.

No refund will be provided due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Withdrawal of nomination
  • Personal circumstances
  • Failure to attend the event
  • Failure to provide supporting documents
  • Non-selection
  • Disagreement with the selection decision
  • Travel or accommodation difficulties
  • Any other personal reason

By submitting the nomination and completing payment, the applicant expressly acknowledges and accepts this No-Refund Policy.

27. Recognition for Awardees

Selected awardees may receive recognition such as

  • MCA Government-Approved Certificate, as applicable to the award program
  • Personalized Memento
  • Award Sash
  • Digital Recognition
  • Featured Social Media Exposure
  • Recognition during the Star Night / Award Ceremony

The exact recognition package will be communicated to selected awardees before the event.

28. Authenticity of Information

Every nominee is responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the information submitted.

If any information, achievement, credential, or document is subsequently found to be false, misleading, or materially misrepresented, Nabatara Foundation reserves the right to withdraw the nomination, selection, or award.

In such circumstances, any applicable payment shall remain non-refundable.

29. Use of Photographs & Media

By participating in the festival or awards program, participants and awardees acknowledge that photographs, videos, and other event-related media may be captured during the event.

Nabatara Foundation may use such event-related content for legitimate purposes, including:

  • Website publication
  • Social media
  • Promotional materials
  • Event documentation
  • Annual reports
  • Media communications
  • Future event promotion

Where required by applicable law, appropriate consent procedures will be followed.

30. Transparency & Communication

Nabatara Foundation is committed to maintaining clear communication regarding:

  • Registration requirements
  • Fees and charges
  • Selection procedures
  • Event arrangements
  • Participant benefits
  • Award categories
  • Important deadlines
  • Changes to event schedules

Participants are encouraged to rely only on official communication from the Nabatara Foundation and its authorized representatives.

Nabatara Foundation shall not be responsible for payments made to unauthorised individuals, unofficial accounts, or fraudulent third parties.

31. Intellectual Property & Content

Participants retain responsibility for content, music, choreography, photographs, videos, and other materials submitted by them.

Participants must ensure that their submissions do not knowingly infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights of third parties.

32. Amendments

Nabatara Foundation reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions when reasonably necessary for operational, legal, safety, or event-management purposes.

Any significant update will be communicated through appropriate official channels.

33. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for the Nabatara Foundation Grand Dance Festival, submitting an audition, paying the registration fee, submitting a nomination for the Nabatara Star Achievement Awards, or making any related payment, the applicant confirms that they:

  • Have read these Terms & Conditions.
  • Understand the applicable fees and policies.
  • Understand and accept the strict no-refund policy.
  • Have provided accurate information.
  • Agree to comply with the event guidelines.
